I found my stay to be quite pleasant as the hotel was ideally situated near Tucson Mall. The children's memorial park was just a short stroll away, perfect for weekend walks with my family.

Very friendly staff and great breakfast.

Not enough room in the eating area. Room was warm, it was cooler out in the hallway, if sleeping in the hallway was allowed we would of done that. Reported to the desk that the AC wasn't working didn't really help.

Room was comfortable and secure. Beds were above average. Air condition was the best I've ever had in a room. Location was great and I felt secure. Lots of eating places in vicinity, including In-n-Out burger, chick-fil-a, Cheesecake Factory, BJs Brewhouse, and many more.

Breakfast was fair to average. Limited assortment of items. Plenty of breads. No half and half for coffee. No water....had to bring your own.

We appreciated exceptionally nice and unbeatable location.

It was right next to car dealerships but close to restaurants and shoping.

The suites air condition is not strong enough for the heat outside and having a big family in the inside. During the day the room gets very warm.

Location was very convineant to everything

Bad water leak under sink. Repaired but left nasty mildew smell in the room. we just dealt with it. Toilet flapper kept hanging up so we had to jiggle the handle. Had to complain that elevator smelled like puke and floor was all sticky.

The staff was super friendly. They even warmed up syrup for my waffles during breakfast.

The continental breakfast was good but crazy crowded with the layout of the kitchen. I'd rethink the traffic flow :)

Great pillows and bed!

Cookie crumbs all over chair in sitting area, water damage and mold in bathroom, cracked sink in vanity area. Room just looked a bit shop worn.

The spacious suite included a comfortable bed, a fridge, and a microwave. Breakfast offered a variety of healthy choices, which the kids appreciated, and the cleanliness of the room stood out. The bathroom's electrical socket was loose and posed a safety concern, and the lobby felt cramped. The pricing during peak season was inflated.

Ground floor room and TERRIBLE noise of footsteps from the room above. I have never experienced this so bad in many cheaper motels.....I would NEVER stay here again (on the ground floor) esp. At $100+ for a week night!

My room was great-sized and newly renovated with good breakfast and comfy bed, for instance as described. The location was perfect and magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from Funtasticks Family Fun Park.
